Reyalibre Holiday Raffle — Terms & Conditions Effective Dates: November 21, 2025 – December 31, 2025 Welcome to the official Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) for the Reyalibre Holiday Raffle (“Raffle”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Please read these Terms carefully before entering. 1. Sponsor Information The Raffle is administered and sponsored by: Reyalibre Spirits, LLC (“Sponsor”) 2. Eligibility The Raffle is open only to: Legal residents of the United States where raffles of this nature are legally permitted; and Individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Not eligible: Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate household members of Sponsor or its affiliates. Void where prohibited. 3. Raffle Period The Raffle begins at 12:00 AM EST on November 21, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the Raffle Period will not be accepted. 4. How to Enter To participate, eligible entrants must: Submit a $10 entry fee through the official Raffle entry page or authorized payment platform. Each $10 entry equals one (1) eligible entry. No purchase of alcohol is required to enter or win. Sponsor may request proof of valid payment to confirm entry eligibility. 5. Prize Details One (1) winner will receive the Reyalibre Bottle Collection, consisting of: Reyalibre Blanco Reyalibre Reposado Reyalibre Añejo Reyalibre Cristalino Reposado Reyalibre Peach Margarita Ready-to-Drink Actual retail value may vary based on market conditions. Prize will be awarded in accordance with all federal and state alcohol distribution laws. 6. Winner Selection A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or before January 5, 2026. Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding. 7. Winner Notification The selected winner will be notified via email and/or phone provided at entry. The winner must: Respond within 72 hours of notification; and Provide valid proof of age (21+). Failure to respond in time may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. 8. Prize Delivery The prize may be: Delivered in compliance with state alcohol shipping laws, or Made available for local pickup (as determined by Sponsor). Sponsor is not responsible for delays, shipment restrictions, or inability to deliver due to alcohol regulations or recipient unavailability. 9. Taxes & Reporting Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor will comply with IRS reporting requirements where applicable. 10. General Conditions By entering, participants agree to: Comply with all Terms herein; and Accept Sponsor’s decisions as final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Raffle at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances make the Raffle unable to operate as intended. Sponsor is not responsible for: Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; Technical or system errors; Unauthorized human intervention; Any injury or damage resulting from participation or receipt of the prize. 11. Publicity Release By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional and marketing purposes, in any media, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. 12. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any claim or liability arising from: Participation in the Raffle, or Acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. 13. Disputes This Raffle and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. 14. Alcohol Regulations Participants must be 21+ to receive the alcohol prize. No alcohol is sold as part of the entry fee. Sponsor complies with all applicable federal and state laws governing the promotion, transfer, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. 15.
